My stay at Kristall was fantastic! The location was perfect, right on the bustling pedestrian strip where all the action was. The room I had, despite being a bit noisy at night, had a stunning view and a lovely balcony to enjoy it from. The host was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast on the same floor was a great way to start the day with a variety of delicious options. I had a wonderful time at Kristall and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food to choose from. The staff at the bar were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The central location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to restaurants and nightlife.

The reception was closed when we arrived, despite being told it would be open. The ski locker room was tiny and there was no bench, making it inconvenient to put on and take off our ski boots.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristall. They provided parking and free ski storage near the lifts. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff friendly. Great location on the main street. They even offered us the sauna and shower before we left. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the restaurants and attractions. Being in a pedestrianized area made it convenient for exploring on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing a shower facility after my day of skiing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. Additionally, the hotel had parking available within a short walk, making it convenient for guests with cars. this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice for my stay, with a superb location and great amenities.

The location of Hotel Kristall was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything and even the ski lifts within walking distance. They provided a delicious daily breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The staff, led by Bianca, were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They even helped us during a snowstorm when we were trying to figure out our next travel plans.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, massage, spa, flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with a late check-out! Perfect for my city trips.

My friend and I traveled to St Anton for 7 nights and stayed at the family-owned Hotel Kristall. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all the attractions of the town. The staff, especially Bianca and her team, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us navigate a snowstorm and plan our next stop on our travels. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast every day, and the early check-in and use of the wellness facilities on our last day were much appreciated. a comfortable and convenient hotel experience.
